(Monterrey, 1997–2010) was the collaborative performance group of Marcela Quiroga and Georgina Arizpe who explored the image of femininity throughout their history. They focused exclusively on non-studio work, performing their actions in public space. Their practice revolved around discourse surrounding the collective self and the other. Both artists hold Masters from Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León. Their work has been exhibited in Mexico, United States, Spain, France, Poland, Germany, Colombia, Argentina, etc. In 2012 the Museo de Arte Carillo Gil in Mexico City presented Check Point, a retrospective sample of their work, curated by Taiyana Pimentel. Their work forms part of private and public collections in Mexico.
